Lanvin celebrates ten years of Lucas Ossendrijver’s reign as menswear style director with a new capsule collection

Lucas Ossendrijver was born far from the fashion capitals in Amersfoort, Netherlands, but this year, the designer celebrates his tenth anniversary as the Style Director of Lanvin Menswear. Stints with Kostas Murkudis, Kenzo, and Dior Homme prepared Ossendrijver for his career at Lanvin where he had free reign to restructure Lanvin Homme under then creative director Alber Elbaz. To celebrate this decade of menswear excellence, Ossendrijver has created a capsule collection that captures the spirit of his work. The 10 Years collection features just a few items: three pairs of sneakers, a backpack, a sweater, and a T-shirt but each one melds black and white perfectly to create a dramatic and youthful piece of Lanvin history. Check out our favorites below:

“10 Years” Sweatshirt $730
This simple sweatshirt uses 10 fingers to symbolize Ossendrijver’s ten years at Lanvin. The design is pretty simple and we like that it conveys the point of the collection without any obvious logomania.
Zipped Backpack in Jacquard “Ten” $1,315
With plenty of space to carry your essentials as well as a quirky design, this bag is form and function all rolled into one. If the print is not usually your thing, integrate it into your wardrobe subtly with this backpack.
Slip On in Ten Jacquard $475
These “10” printed slip-on sneakers will go great with casual outfits but the black and white colors give them a classic quality which will make them a wardrobe staple pretty quick. For a trendy look pair them with formal shorts and a smart shirt.
