Tom Ford has bottled a bouquet of exotic roses for his latest fragrance

For connoisseurs wanting to experience a personal taste of Tom Ford’s best and most favored scents, the Private Blend Collection is where all the magic is ensembled together. A cluster of the maverick’s choicest perfumes now has a new addition that is inspired by the beauty of roses and its many scents.

Christened as the ‘Rose Prick’, the novel Tom Ford exclusive comes in a dusty pink matte bottle of the standard chess piece shape characteristic to the line and embodies the rose in a “juicy, flowery and full-bodied” manner. It is inspired by an exquisite variety of roses, namely – May, Turkish and Bulgarian – and their spiky interlocking stems that “intertwine and combine their flowers in pink perfection” and is an olfactory wonder for connoisseurs to say the least.

Churned to reality in Tom Ford’s own rose garden, the scent is further enriched by aromatic spice extracts such as Sichuan pepper and turmeric at the top, along with Indonesian patchouli and roasted Tonka beans giving it a pleasant warmth at the base. Tom Ford Private Blend Rose Prick (50 ml Eau de Parfum) retails for around $319 approx or €286.00 and is expected to hit shelves in February 2020.
