Bang and Olufsen Beolab 15 and 16 speakers launched

Bang and Olufsen has always been known for their sleek designs and subtlety rather than the flashy designs some of their competitors choose to adopt. Their designs always seem to work seamlessly with any decor like these vertical speakers or these BeoPlay A9 speakers. Their latest endeavor, BeoLab15 and BeoLab16 speakers, are based on the idea used when they developed state of the art speakers for Mercedes and BMW. The speakers are set into either the walls or the ceilings and proceed to wrap your eardrums in the signature Bang and Olufsen sound. Clearly the result of passionate and innovative engineering, these speakers can be hidden entirely inside your walls and provide and jut out only to direct sound to a specific area by tilting. While these speakers do not produce the most thundering sound, Amplifier 1 has a 195W output that provides an unmatched sound quality.

There are, of course, problems with housing speakers entirely in your walls or ceilings, and Bang and Olufsen have addressed all of them; a temperature-controlled fan keeps the electronics cool, even in the hottest environments. The speakers and subwoofer have been designed applying the Acoustic Balance Principal, ensuring that they do not produce unwanted vibrations. These incredibly stealthy speakers retail for $4,595.
