After drying clothes and vacuuming pet hair, it’s time for Dyson to turn up the heat in style. The company is out with the Dyson Hot sporting a doughnut-shaped ring to blows hot air forward and uniformly. Three years and 22 engineering brains are what it took to develop the thermodynamics and fluid mechanics-based design incorporated into its Air Multiplier technology. The makers claim that the unique air-blowing system makes Dyson Hot “more energy efficient than other designs.”
The temperatures range between 32 to 99 degrees Fahrenheit, and rotates automatically sideways, or can be and manually tilt up or down. You can attach the magnetic remote control to the “ring” when not in use. The heater is priced at $400 a piece.
