We’d expect and maybe even look forward to the Kardashian touch on make-up and beauty products. But a K-sis doing earbuds? Now, that’s new! However, surprising us is Kim Kardashian with a collaboration with Beats for a special set of earbuds. The novel Beats X Kardashian accessory will come in three new colors including – Moon, the lightest shade; Dune, the medium version; and Earth, the deepest of the trio.
Commenting on the collaboration and the earbuds, Kim in a statement said, “This collaboration is special because it allows you to blend in or stand out,” she further added, “and Beats is known for creating products that showcase individuality.” It is also surprising to see that the earbuds come in skin-toned hues as opposed to the dark shades that Beats normally prefers.
Remarking on that, Kim in another statement to Vogue added, “This concept was born from my love for neutral color palettes, but I also wanted to show that tech is as much a part of style as clothes. I believe that the things we wear every day should feel effortless, including headphones.” The Beats x Kim earbuds will be available to purchase online in limited quantities from August 16 in the U.S., Canada, UK, France, Germany, and Japan and will roll out in select Apple Stores the next day.
