Obscura CueLight adds entertainment to a game of pool for $80,000

Taking the game of Pool to a new level of entertainment is the unique Obscura CueLight device. The Cuelight comprises sensors and an overhead projector that creates images that follow the balls as they bang around the table. Sure to make Pool’s game even more interesting than it already is, this system is currently set up at the Esquire Ultimate Bachelor Pad. Some of the images flashing on your pool table will include a track of flames behind the balls or water that ripples as the balls pass over it. Simply amazing, this system is sure to be a hit with folks who love to host pool parties. A system for the opulent few is priced exorbitantly for $80,000 (no pool table included)!

What is more, the makers of this device are even working on making this system useful for pool players by designing a software that would make the projector project lines and images showing you where you should aim and with what force. Until this added feature is developed, wealthy folks can enjoy a game of pool with special effects thanks to the Obscura CueLight system.
