Bringing to life the incredibly rugged yet sleek range of accessories and gizmos from the 20th century Guido Panerai era, the line of extraordinary revelations from Mobiado are a sight to behold. The Professional 3 ML and Commando enter the arena, coated in a multi-layered Super-Luminova coating. This makes both the phones luminous and authentic enough to fit the bill of any high-end military outfit.
The Professional 3 ML Stealth pays tribute to the Nighthawk F-117, borrowing a design inspiration that bears testimony to the former’s solid build and unique design composition. The frame of the device is machined from CNC from 6061 aircraft aluminum, has a glass-bead blasted to create the tangible delights of a matte finish, and a MIL-A-8625 Type II black anodized finish. The sapphire crystal plates are hand-painted and have Super-Luminova lettering. The battery cover display houses three rubies, while the sides have military grip notches.
The Professional 3 ML Commando douses the former into a camouflage that impresses to no end. While the body retains the 6061 aircraft aluminum build and a MIL-A-8625 Type II black anodized finish, the camouflage I nothing less than impressive.
Both are unlocked handsets and operable on any GSM network. The specs include dual-SIM quad-band GSM support, dual-band 3G coverage, a 2.4-inch QVGA display, microSD memory expansion, a camera, Bluetooth 3.0, email and music playback.
The ML Dogtag made from 2 mm thick solid sapphire that is inset into a silver anodized aluminum frame. It’s an accessory that reminisces the becoming of the Luminoso Stealth as it has the date of the first released inscribed on it.
The Mobiado Professional 3 ML Commando with the sapphire dog tag will cost $2,240 while the Mobiado 3 ML Stealth with two additional keys will cost $2,340. You can also pick the ML dog tag for $175.
