The Porsche Design’s P’9981 Blackberry gets even more cool and exclusive in its latest avatar. Together with RIM, the companies have launched the phone’s latest rendition in matte black finish priced at a whopping $2,350. The phone boasts a QWERTY keyboard in the same typeface, 2.8-inch 640 x 480 touch screen, and Porsche Design’s UI, with a 1.2GHz Qualcomm processor. The phone is set to hit stores around mid-January 2013, just before RIM presents its new OS and new hardware.
With a host of other luxury mobile phones to choose from such as the Vertu and iPhones, one wonders if this one will find many takers.
