Exclusively created by Dr. G.N. Lakshman who works as an Ayurvedic Doctor and Wellness Practitioner at Soneva Fushi, the tea contains tested antioxidants and natural antibiotics such as Turmeric, Basil Leaves, and Ginger. In addition to acting as an immunity booster, it doubles as a refreshing beverage that can be relished daily with the help of readily available kitchen ingredients. Soneva Fushi’s exclusive immunity-boosting tea
. 1 Spoon Turmeric
. 1/2 Spoon of Crushed Black Pepper
. 1 tsp of Cumin Seeds
. 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
. 2 drops lemongrass oil (optional)
. Ginger

Crush the above ingredients and boil with Holy basil (Tulsi leaves). Boil in 150ml of water and brew for 15-20 mins. 100 ml of this tea can be taken in the morning and evening. There are certain herbs that act very well towards the prevention of infections and boost immunity like Andrographis paniculata (kalmegh) which is a heavenly herb, Tinospora cordifolia (guduchi) and Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) which can also be taken during these times.
