While fashion labels have taken design cues from the miniature-sized cakes and made them into clutches, culinary team at Etihad Towers, Jumeirah have adorned the sweet treats with scrumptious handbags to mirror the latest trends hot off the runways. The gourmet fashion cupcakes available exclusively at the Lobby Lounge at Etihad Towers come in variety of rich flavors such as orange pistachio, date banana toffee, red velvet and double chocolate chip.
While designer handbags are the first to grace cupcakes, Jumeirah plans to introduce edible stilettos in the coming months. Each cupcake is priced at AED 45 ($12 approx.) excluding service charges.
Lobby Lounge is located at Podium Level 3, Jumeirah at Etihad Towers.
