Hendrick’s Gin has released an exercise bike so you can make more room for cocktails

If you’re worried about piling on pounds due to the holiday drinking- fret not! Hendrick’s Gin has got you covered! The marquee is all set to introduce a classy exercise bike which it brands as a “delightfully intricate stationary pedaling device that offers a leisurely, pleasant alternative to the home workout devices on the market today.”

Just in time for the festive season, Hendrick’s High Wheel- as it is called, is hand-crafted to perfection. It is made from iron and is inspired by the penny-farthing ride in terms of design. The bike comes with a workout manual complete with photographs of a bike journey through Scottish landscapes to Girvan’s Gin Palace. It features a 1-liter-sized water bottle holder, an adjustable seat, a small bell, and a light bulb.

Commenting on it, Vance Henderson, the company’s ambassador to the U.S, in a statement said, “In our view, modern exercise devices are demanding and intrusive, seeking to know your heart rate, V02Max and then sharing your fitness level with others,” he further added, “We take a more laissez-faire approach. Choose a good novel, stimulate your mind, and pedal away at your own leisure!”
