Patron and Lalique come together to unveil the $7,500 Parton en Lalique: Serie 1 decanter

After putting their design touches on perfume bottles, Lalique crystal have partnered with Patron Tequila for a stunning new, limited-edition delicate tequila decanter. Called the Patrón en Lalique: Serie 1; the handmade crystal decanter comes filled with the finest and oldest blend of Patrón tequilas that comes straight from Patrón’s barrel aging room at the Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico.

Lalique’s master artisans took inspiration from Mexico’s Weber Blue Agave plant and added an amber crystal bottle stopper that represents the heart of the agave, the piña. The decanter carries Lalique’s signature technique of using clear and frosted crystal finishes that allows the amber color of the tequila to shine through.

Inside, the extra añejo tequila has been aged for at least four years in a combination of new American oak and new and used French oak barrels, giving it the perfect balance of agave and oak notes.

There will only be 500 bottles of these rare bottles. Priced at $7,500, each bottle is individually numbered, hand-polished and comes in a handmade leather display case with a gemstone detail. A leather-bound book and video that documents the collaboration is also included.
