Paul the octopus seems to be in our minds a long after he left for his heavenly abode. Not related to him, but the Octopus Chair brought back some fond old memories. First from their Animal Chairs collection made up of 15 pieces, Maximo Riera decided to bring out the Octopus Chair as a first.
The chair can to life following a design cycle evolving sketches, 3D renders and CNC’d blocks that have been handcrafted. Limited to just 20 pieces, it is priced at £35,000 ($55,000).
