Broken mirrors are usually considered a bad omen. But not if it’s broken, but created to that effect to start with. Cmmnwlth has come out with a new mirror option called the Smolten Mirror. Crafted out of silicon bronze, the arty mirror is 8.5-inch wide, 7.5-inch deep, and 0.75-inch high. Limited to just 3 pieces, the product was created to be a part of Design Year 2011. Though many people may be unclear about the function of this mirror, it clearly carries a tag of $4,000.
