Chef Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin, New York announces exclusive line of Imperial Select Caviar


Caviar is to foodstuff akin to what a diamond is to jewelry. Considered as an opulent delicacy, Caviar ups the luxe quotient of any dish when added to it. This season caviar enthusiasts can treat on a limited edition Eric Ripert Imperial Select Caviar. For the first time, Chef Eric Ripert of New York’s Michelin-starred Le Bernardin has teamed up with Paramount Caviar to roll out exceptional caviar made from one of the highest grades of sturgeon roe available. Described as nutty, briny and lightly salted, the creamy golden roe is farmed in Italy, China and Israel. From 19th November, Eric Ripert Imperial Select Caviar will be available for $1,050 for 8 oz. and $525 for 4 oz. all over the US and will be exclusively hand delivered to clients in Manhattan.

The Eric Ripert Imperial Select Caviar will be sold with a rare black mother of pearl spoon engraved with Ripert’s signature in an embossed, blue satin pouch, 16 handmade blini imported from France, and a miniature container of crème fraîche. Packed in a blue and white tin with a white protective band to ensure freshness, it will ship in a custom-made, reusable white bag with blue trim.
