Encore Beach Club and Surrender: Steve Wynn’s latest $68 million venture to open to public


Las Vegas gets another beach paradise, and this time it’s courtesy Hotel tycoon Steve Wynn. Promising a 72-hour party, the $68 million worth and 60,000 sq feet large Encore Beach Club and Surrender nightclub will open to the public, that too at a location right next to The Strip. The club will have three-tiered pools, daybeds with private safes, 26 cabanas equipped with refrigerators and flat-screen TVs, and the restaurant formerly known as Switch apart from the water facing blackjack craps tables.
