Golf Gardens at Abu Dhabi Golf Club

Dazzlingly ambitious building projects are currently under way in Abu Dhabi. Adding up to it Sorouh Real Estate and the Tourism Investment and Development Company (TIDC) has announced the launch of the Dh1 billion ($272.32 million) Golf Gardens project, to be built at the Abu Dhabi Golf Club. The actual work on the project would start next month and is anticipated to be completed by 2008. The project will cover 347,000 sq m of area and will have 389 villas and town-houses. The average cost of a single unit is in the vicinity of Dh2 million, and is available only to UAE nationals.

The $272m Golf Gardens project will embark on the existing Abu Dhabi Golf Club, which is the site of an annual European PGA event.
