7. The Park Hyatt St Kitts – Saint Kitts
The 134-room Park Hyatt St. Kitts will be a five star sanctuary located on the shores of Christophe Harbour’s Banana Bay and will overlook a strait called The Narrows. Several of the rooms and suites will have their own individual rooftop pools with spectacular views of Nevis Island and the azure Caribbean Sea. Guests who are lucky enough to book the Presidential Suite will have access to a butler and a personal chef. The hotel’s spa is set to be equally impressive complete with a fitness center and an infinity pool. This is set to be the very first Park Hyatt in the area and its design concept will be a sustainable one inspired by its beautiful island home.

6. W Punta De Mita – Mexico
Head south of the border to the W Hotel Punta de Mita, an oceanfront property with 120 guest villas and signature W style public spaces including the W Living Room – a stylish lobby where guests can meet up and enjoy locally-inspired cocktails, the W Lounge which offers an unforgettable nightlife experience, the WET outdoor pool deck with stunning views of the Pacific and a signature restaurant for the foodies. 5. Rosewood Phuket – Emerald Bay
Rosewood continues their Asia expansion with a new hotel in Thailand. The Rosewood Phuket will be located on unspoiled Emerald Bay and will include 87 villas, 20 residences and 5 hideaway homes. The hotel is set to be a blend of the Rosewood’s innovative architecture and Thai design influences and will offer panoramic views of the Andaman Sea. The hotel will sit on 40 acres of land peppered with ancient banyan trees and will boast a 600m beachfront. Six restaurants will offer both local and international cuisines and guests will have access to facilities including a holistic spa with a herbal spa cafe, four swimming pools, yoga pavilion, health club and gymnasium and even a tennis court. But they might not even be tempted to leave their rooms where the minimum square footage is 240 square meters. The villas will have their own swimming pools, deck and an outdoor shower and bath while the residences will come with private grounds amounting to half an acre.
