Jupiter Pointe: A retreat for boat owners to open soon

Luxury boat owners now have a destination solely designed for them. The Seagate Marina, once a bucolic launching point for small boats, is all set to be transformed into a $25 million waterfront retreat named Jupiter Pointe. This luxury retreat for boat owners will boast of a 130-room hotel, expanded barns to store luxury boats, and tiki bars and grills. The main aim of Jupiter Pointe is to accommodate the large and luxurious boast these days. The construction is already underway, with the Martin County Commission approving plans for the boat barns, boat launching ramps, and tiki huts. Miller, who owns this site, has already invested in another 3 acres of space on the north side adjacent to the marina. This new property is scheduled to be the site of the 130-room hotel. Besides the amazing amenities, it is a convenient location for the USP of Jupiter Pointe. The nearest indoor large boat storage locations are in Riviera Beach and Stuart. And Jupiter Pointe is a well-situated location for boat owners who live on Jupiter Island.

Next year, the boat barns and restaurants are expected to be completed while the hotel is awaiting the County commission’s approval and hopes to be ready by 2011.
