Normally the term P.O.T.U.S means President of the United States and is not associated with luxury or holidaying. However, the Mandarin Oriental, Washington is all set to change the way you think of the term POTUS. Following in the footsteps of the Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas’s package, the Mandarin Oriental, Washington has announced their own version of P.O.T.U.S, Presiding Over The Ultimate Suite. The package was created specifically to commemorate the reelection of President Barack Obama at the 57th Inauguration. The P.O.T.U.S package includes four nights in the Presidential Suite, which also happens to be the largest suite in the city at 3,500 square feet, but then nothing less would do P.O.T.U.S package.
This deal, available from Jan 17th to 22nd, 2013, includes 24-hour butler service, complimentary use of the house car, and a keepsake VIP amenity. The 3,500 square foot suite features three bedrooms, a private gym, study, dining room, and panoramic views of Washington panning from the Washington Monument to the Jefferson memorial. The suite’s decor has been done in such a way that it compliments the incredible beauty of Washington.
Additional features available at the presidential inauguration are suites and rooms starting at $995 and an option to host a private dinner for 80 people at the AAA-rated five-diamond restaurant CityZen. Each night in the Presidential suite under the P.O.T.U.S package costs $15,000, and a minimum of 4 nights is required.
