Modular floating villas let you live in offshore in style

Fancy living in a luxury private pod just off a private island? With BMT Asia Pacific’s (BMT) new coastal living concept, this stylish and luxurious residential concept now gives hotel developers a flexible, one-of-a-kind, readily deployable accommodation for holidaymakers around the world.

Called the SeaScape, the floating villas are stylishly designed with clean lines and open air spaces and sits on a stylised triangular pontoon base. Each villa or module can exist standalone – as a private home or as part of a larger integrated complex connected together edge-to-edge – suitable for resorts.
SeaScape is the modular sister of Sea-Suite, a series of egg-shaped floating villas and beach cabins. The success of Sea-Suite inspired the making of SeaScape, which can also be the solution to logistical challenges of long-distance shipping and installation at remote sites.
Onboard the SeaScape, it is luxury unparalleled. The underwater master bedroom takes center stage. The 4m-diameter cylindrical room is built using high-grade acrylic and installed within the SeaScape, adding to that private, luxurious resort experience. SeaScape is also very functional with its pre-fabricated parts that can readily fit into standard shipping containers, allowing for simpler and more cost-effective construction.
