Palazzo Sasso is the destination of the millennium!

I love holiday destinations that prove to be a home away from home only that this new home is beautiful enough to take your breath away with every inch dipped in pure luxury. I’m talking about the Palazzo Sasso, a stunning five-star deluxe hotel on Italy’s famous Amalfi coast. The hotel is a 12th-century Italian villa tucked away in the hilltop village of Ravello and perched high on the cliffs. So that’s a pinch of history, a lot of cultures,s and a view that would make you wish you’d never blink. Palazzo Sasso overlooks some of the coast’s most picturesque fishing villages and has been rated as one of the world’s finest hotels and boasts two-star Michelin dining. Choose from either Rossellinis or a delicious casual meal on the Terrazza Belvedere only to remember it as the most memorable meal and time of your life. Looking to enjoy a drink then hit Caffé dell’Arte and treat yourself to several unique choices of rare liqueurs, rum, and brandies. That does it for the gastronomes and connoisseurs. The fitness freaks can revel in the Spa or gym; and it’s not just another gym. Where else would you get a chance to sweat it out in the gardens under white gazebos overlooking the Mediterranean Sea? My favorite spot would be the 20 meters heated swimming pool also a part of the gardens. If not for anything else your wife would surely love you for taking her to Palazzo Sasso, which is accurately heaven on earth. And if that’s hard to believe go to the solarium on the rooftop of Palazzo Sasso and you will know what I mean.

A little dope on what the rooms are like, all rooms and suites are decorated with hand made Vietri tiles, antique carpets and furniture from the XVIII and XIX centuries. From Bulgari amenities, satellite TV, safe, minibar, internet access to I-Pod docking stations it’s all there and you won’t miss anything. So if you are planning a holiday to Palazzo Sasso then make your reservations and enjoy having the time of your life! Happy holiday…the Palazzo Sasso way!
