Peninsula Hotels relaunches its wellness program with a new centre in Bangkok

Continuing to bring bespoke services to its guests, the Peninsula Hotels have announced their newest initiative, the Peninsula Wellness, a spa, wellness and healthy dining and lifestyle program. With a purpose to relax and rejuvenate the mind and body and allow their guests to escape the stresses of modern living, the program will be rolled out across all Peninsula Hotels. At the same time a Peninsula Wellness Centre has been inaugurated as a global center of spa and wellness excellence at The Peninsula Bangkok.

While the Peninsula Wellness program itself is not new – it was first launched in 2006, the new Peninsula Wellness reinforces their commitment to meet the evolving lifestyles of guests at all Peninsula hotels. Combining the best of Western and Eastern health philosophies, the program will offer some new treatments by expert therapists including the 120-minute Peninsula Sleep Ceremony – exclusively created by ESPA for stressed travelers. The exclusive spa journey will offer guests a sleep bath, guided meditation and breathing techniques to rebalance electromagnetic energies, a hot stone body massage and a face massage.
