Imagining a Ritz-Carlton experience one day, every day. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach in Florida seems to be building a surreal habitat using Europe’s hospitable finesse on the pristine shores of America. The images are bound to make you instantly believe that this could be a gated community in heaven for the high-heeled. It has everything that defines luxury, comfort, design and appeal. Breath taking views from floor-ceiling windows is the highlight though and I might just part with an arm and leg if that was worth signing a deal.

This joint venture by Fortune International Group and Chateau Group spread across 2.2-acres. There are 212 condominium homes including five penthouses (hold your breath for this one).

The penthouses are absolutely enviable. Not only does it provide stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, but it will also have a pool deck and a swimming pool. Yes, 52-story up! It is hard to imagine the engineering behind this paradise, but who cares about that when you can stare up at the blue, blue sky a lot closer than 52 stories down?

Arquitectonica is the architect and Michele Bönan is the interior designer. The 52-story tower will also include a beach restaurant, pool deck, kids club, spa, gym and wellness centre, a library, car wash and electric car charging stations; and add-on amenities like housekeeping, fuel delivery, personal chefs, dog walkers, nannies and childcare, reservations and grocery shopping.

The building scream space and light – ample amounts – almost like living in open air, soaking sun but no sand. The reception area is of triple height which can house an indoor tree!

The interiors of each home has what people would die for (of kill for, what’s the point dying if you can’t experience this) is the amazing ocean views. There is no chance for anyone to peak into your home, unless some maniac satisfies this fetish using a telescope sitting on a terrace not too far away.
The project will be complete by 2018.
