There are festivities in the air and providing you a reason to whiff them in style is The Mark Hotel on the Upper East Side in New York. The marquee has unveiled a grand Christmas package that comes with a personal ice rink, “Nutcracker” goodness, and butler for a whopping $175,000! Yes, that’s right!
Designed as a two-day stay, the package entails access to the hotel’s famous 10,000-square-foot penthouse, a four-course holiday meal created by Michelin-star chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten (complete with Cristal Champagne and Imperial Gold Osetra caviar), and amenities such as airport transfers via car or helicopter, custom workout classes with Dan Flores, and full beauty services by Frédéric Fekkai’s Salon.
Needless to say, the cherry on the cake is a private rendition of the classic holiday ballet, The Nutcracker, in the suite along with a private screening of an unreleased movie with treats from Jean-Georges. Guests will also be able to enjoy a private shopping spree at Bergdorf Goodman along with access to a personal skating rink (on the penthouse’s 2,000-square-foot terrace with views of the Central Park and the Manhattan skyline) and get family portraits made by fashion photographer Alexei Hay.
