The final piece, the highly anticipated Ritz-Carlton hotel, is the first luxury hotel of its caliber in Downtown LA. Situated on the upper floors of the luxurious tower that it shares with sister hotel JW Marriott Los Angeles, the lavish Ritz Carlton hotel features 123 guestrooms, including 14 suites. The plush 3000 sq. ft. Ritz-Carlton Suite is the hotel’s largest suite, sure to be a favorite with luxury lovers offering panoramic views and featuring everything luxurious, including a piano and entertainment room, media corner, lounge, kitchen, and formal dining area. Gensler designs Gensler, the hotel and luxury condominium tower will be LEED-certified and owned by L.A. LIVE developer MacFarlane Partners. The credit for décor goes to the Los Angeles firm Barry Design.
