Singita Grumeti Reserves is voted as World’s Best Hotel second time in a row

If travel connoisseurs fancy a getaway that is also rated “The Best”, you can bookmark a hotel. The ‘Top 100 Hotels’ poll in this year’s Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards has rated Singita Grumeti Reserves, Tanzania as no 1 for the second consecutive year. For those who are unaware of the chain, Singita, is a small privately owned South African conservation company that has outdone many of the globally renowned hospitality groups in the recent polls. In addition to featuring on the No 1 position on the poll, Singita Grumeti Reserves had sister lodges Singita Kruger National Park on 7th place and Singita Sabi Sand on the 10th place, for support. Singita Grumeti offers a world-class safari with wild-life encounters, trio of luxury lodges as well as Singita Explore mobile camp for the entertainment of the guests.

When Singita owner and chief executive Luke Bailes asked its visitors why Singita was so dear to them, they attributed it to the warm and embracing staff. He assuages that by saying that it is the African way. He quotes the main reason to the team’s striving to maintain top-notch world standards with the positive intent of preserving and protecting significant tracks of land, pristine wilderness for future generations.
