Mandarin Oriental Paris is located in the first arrondissement in the city of Paris on Rue Saint-Honoré, near Place Vendôme and the Jardin des Tuileries. Surrounded by world’s most exclusive fashion houses and haute couture, the hotel exudes a timeless elegance with beautiful interiors.
The hotel’s 98 luxurious rooms and 40 suites offer guests an eminently stylish Parisian experience, and are among the most spacious in Paris. French interior designer Sybille de Margerie has designed each suite in a quintessential Parisian style with vibrant and elegant tones, understated lines and refined, opulent materials.
Located on the top floor of the hotel is the Royale Orientale Suite. Spread across 162 square-meter, the suite is split over two floors. At the entrance to the ground floor lies a stunning piece of art by Thierry Bisch depicting a cloud of butterflies, leading to a living room and private dining area. Blending lacquer, velvet, ebony and marble etched with illustrations depicting the journey from Paris to the Orient, the striking décor also features hand-painted crocodiles on the bar and floral patterns on the drapes.
The staircase, embellished with sculpted flowers and butterflies leads to a large bedroom upstairs. The suite exudes chic contemporary style with bespoke artwork including beautifully embroidered headboards and furniture by Maison Lesage.
The bathroom incorporates a luxurious steam shower and stand-alone round bathtub. Guests are offered luxurious bathroom amenities by diptyque, plush bathrobes by Frette and silk kimonos.
The suite also has its own private 75 square-meter terrace. Agency Christophe Gautrand & Associés created the outdoor extension, with a lounge, outside dining area and elegant pergola that has a removable roof to enjoy the sunshine. The shrubs and delightful white flowers such as Japanese maples, Camellias, Phormium and Star Jasmine, evoke a tropical atmosphere in the heart of Paris.
Mandarin Oriental Paris restaurants each present an exquisite culinary experience overseen by award-winning chef and Culinary Director, Thierry Marx. From modern dining in Camélia to the haute cuisine of Sur Mesure, the hotel brings you a gourmet experience like no other.
The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Paris offers seven treatment rooms, including three couples’ rooms with vitality pools. Treatments begin with a Chinese bathing ritual and a steam shower. The spa boutique offers an exclusive selection of beauty and wellness products. Guests will also have access to a hammam and the fitness center.
