The Bulgari Hotel in Beijing has just opened its magnificent doors and it is everything you expected it to be and more. Designed by architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the hotel is modern and jewel like on the outside while it’s 119 rooms and suites are as warm but contemporary and stylish. We’re taking you inside the Forbidden City’s newest and probably chicest hotel.
The building is located in the Genesis complex alongside the Tadao Ando-designed Genesis Art Foundation.
Drinking and dining options include Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, Il Bar and the Lobby Lounge. This is the first collaboration between Bulgari and Michelin-starred Italian chef Niko Romito who brings signature Italian dishes to Il Ristorante.
In the rooms and suites Bulgari delivers on their promise of sleek Italian design and finishes. Guests will be treated to views of the Liangma River, the Beijing skyline and Bulgari’s gardens.
The Spa is one of the highlights of this property. Spread across two floors the spa offers a 25m swimming pool, a vitality pool, relaxation lounges, eight treatment rooms and two treatment suites and a male grooming room. Other facilities include a steam room and an ice fountain.
