The Mandarin Oriental Boston now has a dedicated Illy coffee shop

The Mandarin Oriental in Boston is offering coffee lovers a brand new way to experience their favorite beverage with their new MOspresso pop-up coffee shop. Located in the lobby of the hotel, Mandarin Oriental has partnered with coffee brand Illy to create the coffee haven.
The pop up will serve Illy’s caffeinated and decaf signature blends that use Arabica beans that are sourced from four continents. The fragrant blend has taste notes of caramel, toast and chocolate. This signature blend is priced at $5 while other artisan specialty coffees including cappuccinos, lattes and espressos and premium Dammann Frères loose leaf teas, will be available for $6.

It’s not a café without a selection of sweet treats and on the menu at MOspresso are mouthwatering items like Tiramisu Coupe enhanced with a mascarpone mousse, biscotti crumble and toasted almond ice cream ($ 12); Cappuccino Chip Cheesecake with a cookie crust, drizzled with a dark chocolate sauce and vanilla Chantilly ($ 12); Éclair Duet served with a café cream, Amaretto Chantilly and 55% bittersweet sauce ($ 12); Affogato composed of vanilla gelato, Illy espresso and chocolate covered coffee beans ($ 10) and a selection of homemade ice cream served with a freshly baked biscotti and chocolate sauce; flavors include: toasted almond, latte, vanilla, and chocolate (one-scoop $ 6, three-scoops $ 10).

Lastly, MOspresso java-inspired martinis will be available for $ 15 and will feature: Cioccolatini, espresso, vodka and chocolate liqueur; Cremosa espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur and Irish Cream; Black & Tan, espresso, Irish Cream and coffee liqueur; and Espresso Martini, espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur. Beer and wine selections will also be available.
