The Palazzo Versace Dubai to have the first ever refrigerated beach

For all you wealthy folks who like to get a good tan and still not feel the heat, Dubai is the place to be. The Palazzo Versace fashion house hotel in Dubai is set to create the first refrigerated beach so hotel guests can walk comfortably across the sand. This amazing, one of a kind feat will be achieved by installing a network of pipes beneath the sand containing a coolant that will absorb heat from the surface. Thermostats linked to computers will control the system. This luxury hotel promises to pamper its guest to no end. And this lush 10-story hotel will house 213 rooms, several with their own internal swimming pools, plus 169 apartments! Now, this is what we call, holidaying in the lap of luxury. If reports are to be believed, there is more good news for the people as 15 more such hotels are being planned. Like the founder himself states, “This is the kind of luxury that top people want.” So looks like the elite class will definitely make the most of this ‘cool’ beach resort.

This extravagant project has definitely not gone down too well with environmentalist who are already fuming with the effects that will be caused due to the large amounts of carbon generated by the project. But we are sure that these genius creators will overcome all obstacles and emerge winners with their ambitious project.
