Chopard Haute Joaillerie Red Carpet collection unveiled for 66th Cannes Film Festival

Some flowers are not meant to wither down ever. This one is just that. A staggering collection of masterpieces has been crafted yet again by Chopard’s co-president Caroline Scheufele. Keeping in tandem with the numerical number of the 66th Cannes Film Festival, Caroline Scheufele has created the new Haute Joaillerie Red Carpet collection featuring 66 pieces, many of which are dedicated to the spirit of love. The first red carpet piece is a heavily jeweled ring, a flower in platinum, set with rubies, tsavorites, emeralds, and colored diamonds. A fabulous piece in itself, words are short of defining its beauty.

Apart from the Haute Joaillerie, Caroline Scheufele has also carved her niche in designing the Palme d’Or award year after year. This year also, she has left no stone unturned. Under her guidance, the artisans of Chopard have birthed the beautiful, most sought-after Palme d’Or; a true sense is a celebration of art. Weighing at 18ct, the trophy speaks of hidden secrets with the petals unfolding the gold stem that rests on a crystal cushion shaped like an emerald-cut diamond.

The rest of the collection is yet to come to light.

Last year Chopard wowed us with an Apple Ring from its 2012 Red Carpet Collection.
