These handmade Brew Pockets from Celes Te will leave teetotallers hooked and happy

Tea for Indians is like oxygen for humans. No matter where they go, no matter what they evolve into, a cup of tea will surely be a part of their day. Tea too has evolved from a sugar-pumped beverage to one that’s a flavorful refuge that relieves stress and builds immunity. With this sentiment and purpose in mind, Tea-Preneur Anubha Jhawar unveils Handmade Brew Pockets, called d CELES TÉ. The country that is accustomed to waking up to the aroma of tea has found solace in these artisanal teas that bring the goodness of ingredients like Cardamom, Ginger, Clove, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Spearmint, and Lemongrass.

The brand and its owner keep in mind the many inclinations of tea-lovers, and CELES TÉ Brew pouches include Floral teas, Fruity Teas, Classic Teas, Dessert Teas, and even Iced Teas for the younger generation that liked their tea cold as their coffees. The teabags are eco-friendly, made by women from a social enterprise in and around Uttar Pradesh (U.P.) India, using 100% natural cotton. Anubha Jhawar states, “These brew pockets have enough room for the leaves to expand during infusion. So it gives the same taste and benefits as pyramid teabags. Doing the tea bags in cotton ensures that there will be no microplastics and also they are biodegradable.” Anubha pursued her interest in tea by training under the British Tea Master Jane Pettigrew in London in 2018. She believes, “Fine teas should not be a rarity, but an everyday luxury.”
