French shoemaker Christian Louboutin and Indian designer Sabyasachi have collaborated to create two eye catching shoe styles for the Indian groom. Taking inspiration from the baroque designs of the maharajas of the bye gone era, both the limited edition pairs have ornate embroidery, contrasted with sleek European silhouettes.
Grooms will have the choice of two classic colours, the tan suede “Dandelion” with a Paradise flycatcher bird embroidered with Parsi gara or the black leather smoking slipper, with intricate, traditional zardosi work.
Creating a beautiful juxtaposition between Paris and India these two designers have come up with head turning footwear for the groom. A combination of Indian embroidery and French knots, these limited edition shoes are available at all Louboutin boutiques in India.
