A COYA Pop-Up by Taj Mahal Palace and PlayDine

The pop-up concept is blowing our minds these days! The most recent addition to this craze is an remarkable association between Mumbai’s exemplary Taj Mahal Palace and the Michelin-starred Peruvian fine-dining diner COYA. If you happen to be in town between 17th-19th May 2017, we’d highly recommend indulging in some Peruvian delicacies.

In association with Shabang Hospitality, Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai and PlayDine, the COYA experience will culminate into a grand soirée at Crystal Room on 19th May 2017, and indeed PlayDine assures you an eventful and unforgettable evening.

Mr. Taljinder Singh, General Manager of The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, said, “While Peruvian cuisine has become a worldwide phenomenon, it is still new to India. Taj has always been a frontrunner in bringing to its patrons’ innovative dining experiences and we continue this tradition with our unique collaboration with PlayDine as we introduce the city to the maestros of Peruvian cuisine – COYA. We hope our guests will enjoy this unique, multidimensional experience that blends creative dining with artistic flair.”
