The highly talked-about menu will knock your winter socks off first with the Smoke Cauliflower and Walnut Soup (where the cauliflower is smoked for 3 hours before being cooked with milk and seasonings, then pureed and finished).

Chef Rollin Lasrado, City Chef, Impresario Handmade Restaurant, shared, “Every month, SHD does a seasonal goodness menu that showcases the best produce available in season. This time, we decided that, along with the seasonal produce, we would like to reintroduce the ‘smoke’ element in the cooking, to add another dimension to the food by adding another layer of flavor, and to introduce our in-house charcuterie. Each dish was created to showcase the season’s produce and to show how smoking can help accentuate and lift the same.” The Smoke menu is on until December 12, 2021, across Smoke House Deli outlets in Colaba, Lower Parel, BKC, and Pali Hill in Mumbai.
