Mumbai’s swanky International Airport is now home to a plush new Johnnie Walker House

Hot on the heels of their launches in Beijing, Shanghai and Seoul, Johnnie Walker in partnership with Diageo Global Travel recently launched the uber cool Johnnie Walker House in Mumbai and Taiwan as well. Located in the departures concourse of Terminal 2 of the lavishly done up Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, the suave and tasteful Mumbai version is an absolute treat for connoisseurs of scotch. Travellers, besides being able to explore the luxury brand via interesting installations and mentored tasting sessions with specialist ambassadors will also be given the opportunity to blend their own brew. Iconic Johnnie Walker classics such as the John Walker & Sons Master Blender Collection – Victorian Era, the John Walker & Sons Master Blender Collection – Art Deco Era and the Johnnie Walker The Commemorative 1965 Edition amongst others, will also be available at the House.

In addition, to celebrate the inauguration of the new launches, a special limited edition Blue Label bottle was also created by the brand (as if we needed another reason to pick up a bottle of Blue)! The Johnnie Walker Art Collection which is being exclusively sold at the Mumbai International Airport artistically depicts the Scotch brand’s history with India and its journey to our shores in 1883.
