Officine Panerai launches Special Edition Radiomir

Officine Panerai watches are widely regarded as being some of the best luxury watches on the market. Known for its limited edition range, Officine Panerai has launched the Radiomir 8 Days GMT Oro Rosso, a special edition, which pays tribute to the long history of brand by reinterpreting the classic Radiomir with sophisticated and elegant details.

The limited-to-300 edition of the Radiomir 8 Days GMT Oro Rosso is a contemporary fast-forward on a rare 1930s model, boasting of a polished red gold case which encircles a minimalist and sophisticated deep blue dial in satin finish. The design of the dial is minimalist with simple linear and dot hour markers. The various functions can be read directly: the date at 3 o’clock; the linear indication of the power reserve; and the small seconds counter with a.m./p.m. indicator for the second time zone. Panerai’s hand-wound P.2002/10 calibre appeases to the tech lovers of watches to, what with a open case back that provides a full skeletonised view of the intricate workings inside the timepiece.Like all Panerai watches, the new Radiomir is water-resistant and tested to five atmospheres.
