Stirring up some fun, pun intended, are ace bartenders from Asia’s fourth-best bar Tesouro, Goa. Pankaj Balachandran, Co-Founder, of Tesouro, with ace bartender Akshit Sharma, will amp the merriment at the Sette Mara bar for an exclusive two-night pop-up on 17th and 18th June 2022. Sette Mara’s middle Eastern delights will be escorted by inventive cocktails, effortlessly combining the worlds of gastronomy and mixology under one very stunning roof.
The evening gets groovy with the DJ spinning foot-tapping tunes, making for one perfect evening out with the best in the business at your service. Cocktail connoisseurs and F&B enthusiasts alike will be floored by classic Tesouro concoctions such as Salty Bae (Miso Whisky, Islay Malt, Sweet Vermouth, Bitters, Demerara Sugar), Flora & Fauna (Glenlivet, orange sherbet, jasmine tea reduction, champagne vinegar), Punch 47 (Monkey 47, Lime, Ginger Honey, Fernet Branca, Milk Wash) and more. “We are excited to introduce guests to distinctive flavours with exquisite concoctions crafted by duo master mixologists at the two-day pop-up with Tesouro and bringing a sophisticated cocktail experience to our patrons.
