It’s true, our nails reflect our current mood, and whether you like to keep it neat and simple or want gel polish, extensions—the works!—there’s nothing quite like getting a great manicure and pedicure. If you are anything like us, you’ll not want to compromise when it comes to giving your talons the best look. And luckily for us, we recently explored a new, chic spot for the same. A brainchild of entrepreneur Tina Talwar, we visited the all-new 1010 The Nail Spa which is the brand’s second outlet – the flagship launched in New Delhi’s Meharchand Market in 2012.
The name ‘1010’ refers to 10 toes and 10 fingers, and also pays homage to the idea of state-of-the-art service that is a perfect 10.
As we stepped in, we were greeted by soothing shades of white and grey, with pretty pops of colour provided by floral arrangements and the nail polishes on display. There are different variants of spa manicures and pedicures to acrylic and gel nails, nail art, gel colour, and additional services like back and shoulder massages, foot reflexology, threading, and eyebrow tinting, to choose from. The Spa is able to accommodate 8 patrons at a time, for services. 1010 offers an all-OPI product range, which includes creams, scrubs, oils, and a dazzling array of over 200 OPI nail lacquers.
Maintenance services are also offered such as refills and weekly check ups of the nails; a brightening, deluxe treatment for the hands and feet; and add-ons such as Paraffin Therapy and Reflexology. We loved indulging in an invigorating foot massage and will highly recommend going in for the superb manicures, pedicures and nail art. With attentive and skilled staff, cute interiors and great service, we highly recommend this one.
