San-Qi presents new Japanese cuisine with Boru menu


The multi-cuisine restaurant, San-Qi at the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, has announced the Boru menu for its patrons. The Boru menu is South East Asian in flavor and dishes. It consists of soothing bowls of traditional miso ramen, seafood yaki udon, kitsune udon and donburi bowls. Keeping in synch with the cuisine that the San-Qi normally serves, like the Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Indian dishes this Boru menu fits in beautifully with these cuisines.

The experienced chefs preparing these exotic dishes cater to individual guest’s need offering a meat, seafood or a vegetarian option in each of their creations.
