I was suggested to opt for this Hungarian Moor mud facial treatment when I was experiencing an increase of breakouts on my skin. With the goodness of this bespoke mask, impurities were drawn out of the skin. The calcium and magnesium-rich mask is made with a combination of Hungarian Moor mud and French clay which drew out all pore-clogging oils and toxins post a deep-cleansing session. Struggling with terrible body-ache and pain, it was about time for me to put to test, not a superficially pampering therapy but an internally healing one. The Signature treatment at Spa by JW turned out to be just that. My therapist Dorji began with some Thai massage stretching that loosened literally every nerve of my body. This was followed by a specially designed massage using deep renewal and slow rhythmic movements. By the end of the therapy, pains and knots I knew, that existed were wiped away with just a master massage!

Most innovative therapy
The Multisensory Treatment at Rejuve Spa (The Lalit Mumbai)

This has been one of my favourite spa escapades till date. The treatment was administered on one of the scientifically designed beds from Italy that emitted heat and light to suit my body type. My unique multi-sensorial experience involved fragrance with aromatherapy, sight with colour therapy, sound with relaxing music/waterfall/dolphin sounds and touch with the embracing sensation of warm water in the mattress. The highlight was that I didn’t have to leave the bed at all even after the blissful scrub by my therapist which lightened my skin complexion and left it feeling supple for days . Even the steam was let out from near my feet. The warm relaxing rinse with a hydro therapy massage was another hit. The ritual felt one-of-its-kind and allowed me to move over the cookie-cutter massages for a potent, multi-sensorial spa experience.
