Luxury is not all about indulgence. An increasing number of luxury brands also believe in giving back to society by supporting pressing social causes. Montblanc with its ‘Signature For Good’ collection, solidifies its commitment to support the cause of quality education by partnering with UNICEF. This special edition of writing instruments, jewelry pieces and leather accessories feature a unique brick design symbolizing the joint effort of building a better future for children by increasing access to quality education, including the construction of schools. For every piece from the line sold between 1 March 2013 and 31 March 2014, Montblanc will donate part of its proceeds to raise at least $1.5 million dollars to fund UNICEF’s education programs, focusing on schools in Africa and Asia and programs in Latin America.
Spreading education and literacy has always been close to the brand’s heart and Montblanc’s ‘Signature For Good’ initiative was launched in 2009 to further this support.
