Talking about a fan moment! This one is almost grabbing the celebrity to the grave! Stunning actress of the bygone era, Zsa Zsa Gabor, will probably have a lot of nightmares in the coming weeks, but thanks to her intelligent husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, she might just be flaunting a 24K huge gold ring. Apparently, a star-struck ‘high-end’ funeral company made a $40,000 worth gold plated casket for the actress as a token of her brilliance and glamour.
Update- Edward Balfour from Golden Casket Company states – “The offer was made to Zsa Zsa Gabor’s publicist, John Blanchette, and not to the family directly. Prince Frederic von Anhalt personally expressed serious interest and requested more information from The Golden Casket Company. After receiving a voicemail from Gabor’s publicist, John Blanchette, to contact the Prince directly with more information, the founders of The Golden Casket proceeded as requested.”
Michael Jackson had a gold-plated casket as well and so would many others have had the same but not when they are alive! Little did they realize that sending a woman well above her teens and youth a funeral casket is NOT the way to her heart. They are stated as having said, “we believe Zsa Zsa would want to be forever remembered as she has always been in life – beautiful, elegant, uncompromising and completely original’. True, nothing can be a more genuine blunder of action than this! Poor Zsa Zsa.
