Air France to serve caviar to first class fliers to celebrate Christmas and New Year

If you are air-bound this Christmas season, then opting for the La Première (first class) on Air France flights can be a smart decision, especially if you are a foodie. For the Christmas and New Year holiday season, you can savor several culinary treats rich as appetizers, including egg of Caviar Alverta Royal Eggxiting by Petrossian. Other gourmet items on the menu by French chef Jacques Le Divellec include a fillet of turbot with clams, baby spinach sautéed in olive oil, and Venere Nero black rice. The chef’s highlight, though, is a special shellfish sauce made of langoustine jus, cream, cognac, and tomato, enhanced with Cayenne pepper.
