Chivas Brothers Royal Salute decanter sports a 24 carat gold encrusted crystal crown


How do you celebrate 40 years of success in the liquor industry? Well, in high sprits and a lot of shimmer of course! And if you want to see style, you need to take cue from the The Chivas Brothers. The liquor barons have teamed up with designer Coley Porter Bell to create ahand blown and hand-cut decanter for their Chivas Brothers’ Royal Salute whisky.

Tagged as The Royal Salute 62 Gun Salute decanter, the special bottle is crafted in Darlington Crystal and spots a 24-carat gold encrusted crystal bottle stopper as a crown. Launched as a brand in 1953 as a tribute to Queen Elizabeth II on her coronation, the new celebratory drink will be priced at $2,200 for a bottle.
