Ethernet cables are pretty reliable and offer good service in their lifetime. And since one company’s cable is as reliable as the next, would you really want to spend $500 on the Denon Premium range? Of course tact lines like- crafted from “high-purity” copper, which is supposed to increase performance; are there to tempt you. The only thing really going for the wires is the added insulation. When it comes to Cat5 (or Cat6) cable, copper is copper, therefore $500 for 1.5 meters of Denon Premium Ethernet Cable sounds too much for me.
