French business school to offer Masters of Science in luxury and fashion management from China

The Made in China tag will now no longer be attached to products alone as the Skema Business School, the largest of France’s Grandes Écoles, is gearing up for a master’s degree in science that too in luxury and fashion management at its Suzhou campus, China.

Starting in September of 2011, the year-long course curriculum will include a mandatory three-month internship at a firm based in Asia. The course will blend in the French managerial experience with China’s traditional fine craftsmanship that involves resources like silk and porcelain.
