One of the most amazing inventions after Bell’s telephone is the home theatre system. I feel so. It is the one source that can take you on a trip that is out of this world by being very much rooted at home on your couch. Our lovely luxury-loving comfort-promoter friends at Harrod’s has brought to their store a new addition for its furniture section – Cine Italia Seating – a custom-made cinema seating brand that is going to elevate your movie watching craze to new opulent levels. The winning formula to this fine choice of interiors is Dutch engineering with Italian craftsmanship.
Currently on display at the British store is the Sedi range offering five armrest choices, available in 100 leather and fabric options. The Italian company has tied up with fabric and trims brand Jason D’souza for the Harrod’s installation. The range offers three-seater or single-seater varieties, and oozes comfort in luxury.
When designers jump into multi-foray marketing, independent sectors feel the cringe. Like designers getting into real estate, or interior designing or furnishing. But, apparently, the global market for luxury furniture is expecting a growth of 4.1% by 2020, and so retailers and wholesalers as well as primary and secondary vendors are at peace. Everyone gets a share of the pie while also reaping the benefits from them.
