Recently, a person (we have no information about his name or whereabouts), shelled out $41,300 on an extremely rare NES game. The rare Stadium Events game whose rights were purchased by Nintendo and was later renamed World Class Track Meet was purchased on eBay. According to Video Game Price Charts, this auction has turned Stadium Events into the most expensive NES game ever sold.
